Shipping and Delivery Time
All orders are made and dispatched from one of our US printing and framing facilities - located at Anaheim, California, and Louisville, Kentucky, whichever is closer to you. Please note orders are processed on weekdays only. All orders are shipped out within 3 business days.
Our courier partners are UPS and FedEx.After the print is ready to ship, the shipping time will be based on your location. Please see the map below for approximate shipping times.

Express Shipping
Due to the nature of our products, most couriers don't offer express shipping to such items. It is possible to express ship Unframed Poster, we cannot able to express ship framed artwork unfortunately.
If you need express shipping, please contact us to check if express shipping is available and get a quote.
International Shipping
Our unframed prints, wallpaper and wall decal can be shipping internationally. Framed prints may or may not be shipped to you, depending on where you are. Please contact us to place order manually, as there is international shipping cost involved and we need you address to quote you.

Our giclée and eco-solvent inkjet printers are regularly color-calibrated to ensure exceptional color accuracy and consistency. The resulting prints feature bright, vivid, and richly detailed colors designed to resist fading for over 100 years, helping preserve your artwork for generations.
All of our fine art prints include a lifetime guarantee against fading, along with a 20-year warranty on frames. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and applies to U.S. customers only.
This warranty does not apply if damage results from failure to follow our care instructions, improper handling, misuse, or accidental damage.
If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, please contact us promptly. You will be required to provide clear photographs of the artwork and its condition. All warranty claims are reviewed and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In the unlikely event that your prints arrive damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. If your purchase arrives with any defect, we will arrange a replacement, too. Please contact us within 10 days upon receiving your order should you need any assistance.
We want you to love your purchase. If you do change your mind, we have a 7 day change-of-mind return policy. You can return your art to us within the seven days for refund.
Any customised artworks, including customised prints, hand-painted canvas, commission original paintings are not eligible for Change-Of-Mind return.
Please be informed that we can only accept change-of-mind return once for each order placed. For each customer, regardless of the amount of artworks you order, we will only accept change-of-mind return twice within the 12 months period.
All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders with standard shipping can be canceled within 12 hours, providing the order hasn't been produced yet. We will charge a 7% administration fee for order cancellation. Orders with express shipping cannot be canceled as they are sent to production as soon as we receive your order.

Choose options
You are highly recommended to measure your space prior to placing order. Below is a size guide for your information. All the product sizes are finish sizes. If you order a framed print, the size includes frame.
The frame features a 1.25" face width and 0.875" height, with optical-grade clear acrylic glazing and artwork dry-mounted to foam core. The back is finished with a kraft paper dust cover for a clean, protective finish.
The archival-grade polycotton-mix canvas is carefully hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars, then attached to a 1.5" wood floater frame. Face width 0.55", height 1.88".
Framed canvas print comes with 4 frame colour options.
Stretched canvas is a canvas print stretched around a 1.5" stretcher bar with no outside frame. It is lightweight and budget friendly.
There are typically 3 ways to wrap it around the stretcher bar. You may specify your preferred way by leaving us an order note. Otherwise our team will choose the wrap that suits the artwork most.
